Video Shows Moment When Lady Learns Manslaughter

Antonetta Stevens said she was home minding her own business when Ashley Bocanegra came to her house. They got into an altercation on the street and that was that. But it was all caught on video and things just don’t quite add up.

Of course, if someone comes to your house uninvited to start something, there’s going to be a fight. Who wouldn’t defend their own home? But it seems there was much more than that going on like the fact that Stevens and Bocanegra were fighting over the same man.

That same man appears to be Stevens’ fiance. So, that would make Bocanegra the side chick. And the way Stevens tells the story, Bocanegra just showed up at her house with all this drama and wanted to settle it. Of course, that doesn’t mean talking about it and putting it behind them. That means to take it to the street and end the issue with their fists.

But this video shows what happened later that night when she was visited by the police. It appears they had been there earlier in the day. This was their second visit to Stevens’ home.

The thing is that the rest of the story reveals a whole lot more than what she was saying. Her fiance’s sister, Janine Gonzalez, was filming the whole incident. Because if you’re going to kill someone, the way to make sure you get caught is to film it and keep the video to hand over to the police when they come to inform you that the person you fought earlier that day has passed away.

Ashley Bocanegra was the mother of a seven-year-old son who now has to grow up without his mother. The truth is that Stevens lured her to the house by acting like her fiance. So, Ashley thought she was going to meet him but she met her at the door instead. There is footage of the whole thing and it tells a different story that doesn’t make her look quite as innocent.

Antonetta Stevens and Janine Gonzalez are both serving 20 years at the Arrendale State Prison in Georgia.
