Lainey Wilson on Family Feud: Britney Spears Songs For What?

Lainey WIlson

Celebrity Family Feud has drifted slightly away from the “family” part of the game show. Especially when it leans toward questions suggestive of sex and anything having to do with sex. But Lainey Wilson had no idea what she was getting into when Steve Harvey asked her this question when she faced off against Leanne Morgan the other night.

Lainey Wilson and Leanne Morgan both approached the podium where Steve Harvey was waiting with his cue card. The looks he gives when he asks questions like this, you’d think he would know by now that something wild is going to come out. Why does he always look so stunned?

Well, this question was designed to get laughs, and that it did. Steve Harvey asked what Britney Spears song describes you in bed. Of course, there are two ways to go with it. You can either find a song that makes you look like a beast in the bedroom or you can choose one that makes you look lame. Either way, that’s the game.

Lainey Wilson answered with, “Hit me Baby One More Time.” Other songs that came up were “Oops! I Did it Again,” “Toxic,” “Circus,” and “I’m A Salve 4 U.” See? Either you feel good saying it or you don’t. Toxic would have to be a pretty bad bedroom experience. Circus can go either way. Oops is not good, no matter which you way you try to look at it.

The funny thing about it is just about every Britney Spears song can be used to describe yourself in bed. In fact, just about every song ever created can take you there. If you have a dirty mind, you can achieve anything you set it to.

“(You Drive Me) Crazy” is every man’s dream of being that good. If they had a woman singing their praises like that, they’d have all the confidence in the world. They’d walk into work on Monday morning and end up being boss by the end of the day.

“Born to Make You Happy” is another man’s dream. Having a woman that is that into you makes all the difference in the world. If you have a woman like that, do her right and reciprocate.

“Lucky” is how most of us feel. Of course, there are players out there who have a totally different way of looking at sex. But for the rest of us, that’s where “Getting Lucky” came from. It’s not all the time. We don’t expect it when it comes our way. And we feel lucky when we find a woman who is on the same page.

“Don’t Let Me Be the Last to Know” is hilarious. If Lainey Wilson would have answered with that one, she would have gotten even bigger laughs.

“Outrageous” can be good or bad. I choose to look at it as a good thing. If I’m described as “outrageous,” I would say thank you and I wouldn’t ask for an explanation.

“Gimme More” would have been a funny answer. Like “Baby One More Time,” it’s about how good it is and how it can get addictive when it’s that good. Can’t argue with that. When a woman tells you to get in the bedroom because she wants more, don’t argue. Get in there and do your job.

“Piece of Me” is actually a little retro. I don’t know if guys use it today but back in the day, that’s what “getting a piece” meant. We were all over the place. We had a million ways of saying it.

“Break the Ice” wouldn’t really be one of the bad ones. But breaking the ice is what it takes a shy guy to get things started in that direction.

“Hold It Against Me” is obviously funny. Do I even need to explain this one?

“Till the World Ends” has energy that is unfathomable. That is unless the world is actually coming to an end, then it’s just a good way to go out.

“I Wanna Go” has funny written all over it. That’s what married men are sitting on the couch waiting to hear.

Steve Harvey only gave Lainey Wilson the top five. But here’s a list she could have chosen from. It’s too bad Leanne Morgan swept in and took that round.
