Single Soon By Selena Gomez Is Blazing The Charts

After so much hype, the new single by Selena Gomez “Single Soon” just dropped at midnight and it promises to shoot straight to the top. Of course, the Miley Cyrus single “Used To Be Young” was also released and they will be battling for No. 1.

What’s phenomenal about that is they are so supportive of each other. Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez are actually going to enjoy some cross-promotion activity as they take over the charts. Currently, Rema & Selena Gomez sit at No. 5 with “Calm Down” while Miley Cyrus is at No. 11 with “Flowers” according to Billboard Hot 100.

With “Rich Men North of Richmond” by Oliver Anthony currently sitting at the No. 1 position and “Fast Car” by Luke Combs following close behind at No. 2, those guys are going to have to give up their positions pretty soon. I know that Oliver Anthony has only been up there for a short while and he deserved his stay. But coming through are two stars who are going to crash through like a wrecking ball and change all that.

Remember when they were that young? They were kids, child stars on Disney at the time. But they had bright futures ahead of them.

Why is it that she’ll be single soon? Why can’t she just be single now and get on with her life? I didn’t know there was a specific time someone had to wait in order to become single.

While we’re at it, let’s take a look at “Used To Be Young.” I see she has Mickey Mouse on her blouse, which is a nice touch for looking back on her Hannah Montana days. Plus, I notice that she has tears in her eyes as she sings about her younger days. She went there. Very brave.
