Britney Spears has been gossiped about her whole life, so she’s very used to it. But fans are tired of the shade she gets from the media, especially when they get it wrong. There was the news report that falsely claimed her ex had said she was on meth. Then, there was the false report of her meltdown in a restaurant back in January.
This time, TMZ is trying to make the claim that she’s going to have to pay a huge sum to keep Sam quiet since he has intimate knowledge and that could be dangerous for her. However, Britney was smart enough to get a prenup that actually stipulates she won’t owe him any spousal support in case of a divorce and also that there is a confidentiality clause that keeps him from speaking about her after their marriage.
So, why would she cut him a check for any reason? She can hire a lawyer to take him for everything he has throughout his life and in perpetuity if he so much as utters a word. If she does pay him anything, it might be just to say “No hard feelings.” Just go! Take your things and I’ll be seeing you.
Maybe this is the part he didn’t think about when he decided to leave her because he “thinks” she’s been cheating. He can take his gifts with him, but he can’t expect anything else. She has a habit of posting racy stuff and if he’s basing his claims on footage like this, he should have known what he was getting into before he put a ring on it.
