Billie Eilish Trolls Are Hating Themselves Around In Circles

Billie Eilish has the worst kind of trolls constantly on her about everything they possibly can come up with. I really don’t know who these people think they are, but internet anonymity has given them some kind of false self-righteousness that they would never be able to actually live up to themselves.

I remember when her trolls would get on her about her baggy clothing and give her a hard time for not looking feminine enough. While the discussion moved forward about body-shaming, her haters were tone-deaf and continued with their comments about what they thought she should be.

They wanted her to be pretty all the time. They didn’t like it when she went out in public dressed comfortably and not catering to their sensitivities, and they felt that she wasn’t keeping up with their expectations of celebrities. I don’t know how it made her feel, but I can imagine. If she had been any less of a strong individual, it would have driven her insane, and then, they would have had that to say about her after driving her to it.

Now, they flip-flop on the subject when she posts a few pictures of herself in a bikini. Some comments are about her sexualizing herself and how she’s a hypocrite because she’s supposed to be so against that.

Calm down, Sparky. She’s just wearing a bikini to go tan in the sun and she might even take a swim. How is she supposed to do that wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants? Why make such a big deal about her enjoying a summer day when it’s okay for all those trolls to do it? What do they wear when they go to the beach or the pool?

In her message from a 2019 Calvin Klein ad campaign, she said, “Nobody can have an opinion [on my body] because they haven’t seen what’s underneath. Nobody can be like, ‘she’s slim-thick,’ ‘she’s not slim-thick,’ ‘she’s got a flat ass,’ ‘she’s got a fat ass.’ No one can say any of that because they don’t know.”

Let me remind everyone that the ad campaign was about five years ago. Maybe she just doesn’t care anymore because, as she says, she can’t win either way. They’re going to body-shame her no matter what she does, so she might as well do whatever she wants. It’s better to enjoy your life despite all the haters than to let them control your life with their manipulative games.

One thing I really like about Billie Eilish is that cute middle finger she waves at the world when it hates on her.
